Shipping
- We do our best to dispatch on the day of purchase or the next business day. Sometimes during sales and public holidays, this can take longer.
- For normal shipping, please allow for 5-8 business days after dispatch for delivery. Express shipping 3-5 business days. Rural Australia may take longer.
- For all Shopify orders, we use Sendle so based on their shipping price is what we can provide to you.
Please be aware that these are all estimations of postage and that delays via shipping companies are out of our control once orders have been passed over for dispatch. Delays may be expected due to issues out of our control such as COVID-19 issues.
Refund Policy
Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of item delivery to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it in. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at admin@36twentyeights.com Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and promptly contact us if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the situation and rectify any problems.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are certain items that cannot be returned. Examples include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We are also unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@36twentyeights.com
To ensure you receive the desired item promptly, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
